Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your item arrives broken, defective, or is completely different from what you ordered, we will issue a 100% full refund or a free replacement immediately.

• To claim this, you must email us with clear photo or video evidence showing the damage or mistake within 7 days of delivery.

Change of Mind & Item Swaps Because our products are shipped directly from international fulfillment centers to maintain competitive pricing, we do not accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product. All sales are final unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

Lost Packages If your package does not arrive within our maximum delivery window of 30 days, please contact us and we will issue a full refund or dispatch a new package at no extra cost.

Crypto Refunds: Please note that for custom manual cryptocurrency payments, any approved refunds will be issued in the equivalent US Dollar (USD) value at the time of processing to a digital wallet address you provide.
